3D Printer and Laser Cutter Certification

April 20, 2015 - 1:30pm

Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will instruct participants in the proper use of the Imagine Space 3D printers. Topics will include: -How to create and prepare 3D files for printing -Safe and acceptable use of equipment and tools -An overview of policies and procedures governing the use of 3D printers.</P> Staff will also instruct participants in the proper use of the Imagine Space laser cutter.

A large children's department hosts popular programs for kids from babies to teens. A spacious reference department specializes in Genealogy.

Nepean Centrepointe continues to offer a dedicated workstation for Business owners. Previously known as the Ontario Business Connects (OBC) terminal, the ServiceOntario Gateway for Business Workstation is a free, accessible, & convenient service for local Business Owners.

Coming in April of 2014, the branch will house its own Makerspace, entitled Imagine Space.

The branch is located in the Ben Franklin Place complex.
