Upcoming Email Notices Address Change

The Ottawa Public Library will be changing the email address used to send our email notices. This is being done to fix a technical issue that has been causing French diacritics (accents) to display incorrectly in our notices.

If you have been receiving your email notices in French, or borrow and place request on items in languages other than English, you have probably noticed ongoing issues concerning the display of diacritics.
