OPL’s 1,2,3 Read With Me program is the library’s infant literacy project for babies born in Ottawa
City of Ottawa Public Health nurses and midwives deliver a cloth bag filled with: - information about literacy and libraries - The Incredible Directory (a parents’ resource list) - a certificate redeemable at any library branch for a free board book.
The program is sponsored by City of Ottawa Public Health, 3M, Friends of the Ottawa Public Library.
