- A pedometer is an instrument that gauges the distance traveled on foot by registering the number of steps taken.
- Pedometers are free to borrow for three weeks
- Overdue fee: $0.50/day
- Pedometers can be renewed up to three times
- Replacement cost is $30 + processing fee
- Pedometers are offered through Active Ottawa, a partnership of the City of Ottawa and the local YMCA/YWCA
