The Ottawa Public Library is committed to making its programs, events, and documents accessible to everyone. If you need specific accommodations, such as a sign language interpreter for an event or a braille version of a document, please fill out this form. This form helps us understand and provide the support you need.

Note: We prefer at least three weeks' notice for accommodation requests. To cancel services like sign language interpretation, you must give at least two business days' notice to avoid fees.

Client Information

Personal information provided is collected under the authority of Sections 20(a) and (d)  and 23(2) of the Public Libraries Act. Personal information is used to provide library services. The Ottawa Public Library (OPL) is subject to the privacy requirements under the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
