Attend a workshop to get great advice from professionals, network with other job seekers, and boost your job searching techniques. Looks for the Career Reboot Group at three branches across the city this fall: Emerald Plaza, Beaverbrook and Orleans.
These workshops are great for anyone looking for a new career or career advancement as well as professionals seeking a job. Expert job coaches and employment advisors cover important topics pertinent to job hunting techniques (the hidden job market, using social media for your job search, networking practice, applying for a job with the government, and more). Included this fall are one-on-one help with your resume and interview practice.
The Career Reboot Group facilitator maintains an ongoing list of helpful resources, groups, and websites discussed for participants to use. Registration recommended; drop-ins are welcome.
