The Ottawa Public Library will be offering various opportunities to talk about death in the next few months. Many different subjects will be discussed such as: Medical Assistance in Dying (MAiD), if you are or have been a caregiver, and the loss of a pet.
You can find the whole list of subjects here along with which branch will be offering them.
The facilitator for these programs is from the Home Hospice Association, a Canadian registered charity that aims to support the dying and their loved ones by increasing access to holistic care, personalized support, and practical resources.
