Eating like a caveperson?

12/05/2014

The Paleo Diet is all the rage right now, but, if you’ve tried it or know someone who has, you know it can be difficult and frustrating. How do you explain it to others? What do you eat? Can you eat in restaurants? There are all questions I asked myself when starting this diet. There are many reasons why someone is trying out the Paleo Diet including food intolerances, for weight loss, to avoid GMOs and pesticides or a belief that we should be eating as our ancestors did. Whatever the reason, it can be very tricky when ordering out, having dinner at a friend’s or buying anything even a little bit processed at the grocery store. However, you’re in luck! The Library has purchased so many Paleo cookbooks and guides to help you get the most out of your new diet.

Below are some books I recommend. Keep checking the new books page because we keep getting more!
