Entertain your kids with the best online content - week of June 29

As we’re all practicing physical distancing, Ottawa Public Library has been posting daily ideas of online content to help you make the most of your time at home.

Here's a list of our top 5 of the web for kids and families this week.

  1. Monday June 9 at 11 AM, join performing artist Sylvia Cloutier in a family friendly workshop as she shares stories from her Inuit culture through song and dance.

  1. On Wednesday July 1 at 10AM, celebrate Canada Day with the National Arts Centre!

  1. Is your child fascinated about space travel and going to Mars? On Monday June 29 at 3PM, meet the NASA expert to learn how humans and robots explore outer space

  1. Are you missing watching sports events? Jelle’s Marble Runs offers you the feeling of watching a full sports competition with their racing championships... for marbles! They release several new videos a week

  1.  Learn to draw with author and illustrator for children Jarrett J. Krosoczka! His YouTube channel offers a weekly drawing workshop, and a vast selection of past videos to look at!
