On Wednesday, March 28, we are pleased to host authors Margaret Pokiak-Fenton and Christy Jordan-Fenton for a multi-media presentation that will explore Indian Residential school history, the intergenerational  effects and Inuvialuit culture by way of photographs, a music video and readings from their books “Fatty Legs” and “A Stranger at Home”.

Margaret and Christy will be speaking to hundreds of students during their Ottawa tour and we are pleased to include an opportunity for the general public to hear Margaret’s story.

Join us Wednesday, March 28, at Main branch, 7 p.m. Everyone is welcome!
