Fossil Tales: Sea Creatures from Ottawa

22/02/2014

The Ordovician sea that once covered Ottawa (between 443 and 488 million years ago) was home to a great diversity of creatures. The fossils they leave behind give us glimpses of their lives, struggles and death; the environment where they flourished; and, their interactions. Join us on the trip back to the Ordovician Period and the time of the Champlain Sea! This is a program open to all ages.
