This summer, kids are invited to participate in the TD Summer Reading Club, to explore new passions and celebrate the magic of reading. Last year, more than 23,129 children registered for the TD Summer Reading Club at the OPL and read more than 280,975 books.

Check our programs database to find when your local branch will jumpstart TDSRC with a special day to “Get Your Summer Read On!” If your family cannot make it to a “Get Your Summer Read On Day,” registration to the TDSRC is available in person at any OPL branch starting Wednesday, June 13 until Sunday, September 2.

TD Summer Reading Club participants will receive a notebook to track their progress, a web access code for the virtual online club on the TD Summer Reading Club website, stickers, and the chance to win prizes. We also offer program materials in alternative formats, such as audio or Braille, for children with print disabilities. Kids can participate in the TD SRC anytime, anywhere –at their local library, at home, online, on the road or wherever their summer takes them.

Children can also register for the TD Summer Reading Club in person in any OPL branch and can register for the programs online. During the summer, OPL branches across the city will offer programming featuring arts and crafts, dance, games, illusions, performing, science, music, stories, technology, and much more!
