Going Buggy at Greenboro

Last week at Greenboro Branch, the kids experienced all kinds of weird bugs. Most were of the insect variety: "head, thorax, abdomen, six legs and compound eyes." We learned the difference between an insect and an arachnid, and we had fun playing Insect Bingo. The younger kids weaved their own spider webs to catch prey, and the older kids used their imaginations to design new insects not yet discovered! Families also joined us for fun stories and songs during Contes pour la famille. Join us this week when we'll get "Lost in the Wild  /Perdu dans la nature" and then "Rumble in the Jungle."
