Media Streaming 101

Come to the Main Branch this Saturday morning, October 1, at 10:00 a,m. to hear Jeff Dubois, Program Coordinator, Ottawa PC Users' Group, discuss the ins and outs of media streaming. Since Broadband internet has significantly transformed the delivery of media content to homes, and more and more content has become readily available, a growing number of Canadians are cutting the traditional cable and satellite umbilical cord to opt for online alternatives. Jeff will examine some of the alternatives, restrictions and solutions that can be used to maximize your streaming experience. This program will be help in Room B-125 in level B1 of the Main Branch of the Ottawa Public Library situated at 120 Metcalfe St.
