This is a strange and stressful time. Sometimes it can be hard to remember that the blue sky is still there behind all those clouds. Some people are turning to mindfulness for help.
Mindfulness does not require any religion or faith, equipment or special outfits. It is accessible to anyone, anywhere, at any time. Some people practice mindfulness by focusing on their breath for a few moments when they are feeling overwhelmed. Some try to notice their senses as they walk around the neighbourhood. Others prefer to sit in a quiet spot to meditate for a while where they will not be disturbed.
If you are interested in learning more about mindfulness, these eBooks, downloadable audiobooks, and streaming music collections are a great place to start.
