Mindfulness...Is there an App for that?


Well, actually, yes, but the Application is called Life, & in life you can run your Operating System {read: Body} with a Mind Full, or being Mindful.   Y’know those smiling people you see, & you wonder, “What’re they so happy about?” maybe you ought to be thinking, “How’re they able to do that?!”.  Maybe it’s Mindfulness.  As defined by Jon Kabat-Zinn in his work Mindfulness for Beginners, “Mindfulness means paying attention in a particular way; on purpose, in the present moment, & non-judgmentally.”  And it all begins with the Breath. Breathe in deeply.
