Buffy Sainte-Marie
20/06/2017

Listening to music by Indigenous artists is a wonderful and fun way to appreciate and celebrate National Aboriginal History Month. There are many opportunities to do so in Ottawa over the next few weeks.

A National Aboriginal Day concert in Major Hill Park featuring many musicians including Elisapie and Florent Vollant.

Concerts at the National Arts Centre featuring Buffy Sainte-Marie, Tanya Tagaq, Amanda Rheaume, Sandy Scofield and ShoShona Kish.

A Tribe Called Red will be at Bluesfest.

Don't miss beautiful drumming at the Summer Solstice Indigenous Festival.

Here is a list of music at the Ottawa Public Library to try.
