The Ottawa Public Library has some great resources for business that are accessible from anywhere and don't require a personal visit to the library, which is great during these ‘WFH’ (work from home) days. To keep up with current business news, try these free resources for access to magazines and newspapers:

You can find other great business resources on the OPL Business web page.  From the OPL home page, click on Services, scroll down to Services by subject, and then select Business.  On the Business page, you will find:

  • Guide to Market Research
  • Guide to Starting a Business in Ontario
  • Directory of Business Services in Ottawa
  • Lists of books and websites on business topics

There is no reason to distance yourself from the extensive reading, learning and entertainment resources available online to all Ottawa Public Library cardholders. And there is no need to delay! you can  sign up for a temporary card here then contact InfoService by phone (613) 580-2940, Monday through Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm or by email InfoService@BiblioOttawaLibrary.ca and gain access to OPL’s eContent.
