Our Teen Tech Week Video Contest has started!

Our video contest is back. If you are between the ages of 13 to 18, you can enter by creating a one-minute video about your favourite book. The video can be a book trailer, a parody, a review, a dramatization of a compelling scene, or anything related to your book of choice.

Contest entries are being accepted until Monday, April 4th, inclusively.

All of the contest details are here.

Some reasons to enter the contest (in no particular order):

The grand prize winner will be awarded an Apple iPad and a prize pack from contest partner, SAW Video! The iPad is compatible with OPL eBooks and with the wireless connections at all 33 OPL branches.

Each submission will automatically be entered into a Wild Card draw for additional prizes.

The top 10 finalists will be announced, and their videos screened, at an Awards Night & Video Screening on Thursday, April 28 at 7:30 p.m. in the Centrepointe Studio Theatre, 101 Centrepointe Drive. This event is free and open to everyone.

We’re looking forward to seeing the submissions!
