People have been fascinated with Sherlock Holmes since the first story A Study in Scarlet, was written by Arthur Conan Doyle in 1887.  Children share this interest – culled from the original stories, spinoff mystery books, and from the many television and movie productions featuring Holmes and his sidekick Dr. Watson.  The juvenile fiction collection has a Sherlock Holmes mystery for every reader.  Some versions recently acquired include The Great Shelby Holmes by Elizabeth Eulberg and The Initiation, the first volume in a planned trilogy by well known writer Ridley Pearson.
