Success of Toy Mountain at the Library

Jan 07, 2021

A most heartfelt thanks to you, the residents of Barrhaven, for your generous support of the Toy Mountain depot at the Library this holiday season.   We were excited to be involved with this worthwhile project and we were happy when our community stepped up to contribute.  We collected so many toys here that we ran out of storage space and the organizers had to come twice to pick up all your donations.  With your help, CTV news reports that over 22,000 toy bags were distributed to children in need.

Well Done, Barrhaven!  Thank you for your generosity and kindness.  May the New Year hold happiness for all.
