Child thinking of Coronavirus

These are challenging times and children need a calm, reassuring presence. They also need accurate, age appropriate information in bite sized amounts. This is where beloved illustrator, Axel Scheffler comes in.

Axel Scheffler is best known for his collaborative work with children’s author,  Julia Donaldson .  His works include, Gruffalo, Gruffalo’s Child, Room on the Broom, Stick Man, The Highway Rat and much more. He is also the author/illustrator of the Pip and Posy series of books for children.

In collaboration with a team of medical professionals from Britain’s National Health Service, Axel Scheffler and publisher Noisy Crow are making available a FREE downloadable picture e-book for how to best explain what the virus is and how children can protect themselves. You can access your copy here .
