TD Summer Reading Club 2016 Students - Programs and Outreaches across Ottawa!

15/07/2016

The TD Summer Reading Club is well underway at the Ottawa Public Library! The TD Summer Reading Club is a fun (and free!) program for kids held by participating Canadian public libraries. If you haven’t already done so, be sure to visit your local Ottawa Public Library branch to sign up! You’ll get a free club notebook, a bookmark with an activity code for online games and activities, a sheet of stickers, and lots of fun all summer long!

Amongst all the library programs, we have six summer library programmer students (Sydney, Megan, Gillian, Luke, Alana and Chessy) that work across the Ottawa capital region putting on exciting and eventful programs at rural library branches (Osgoode, Greely, Richmond, Metcalfe, Manotick, Vernon, Stittsville, North Gower, Carp, Muster, and Constance Bay) as well as numerous outreach programs across the city at numerous daycares, summer camps, and community centres. Please check out the Programs and Events section on our Ottawa Public Library website to see times and dates for our summer programs across the city. If you aren’t able to make it out to one of these branches, why don’t you borrow some WILD themed books! Have a safe, fun, and wonderful summer!
