Branch Announcements

The branch will be closed from September 17-24. This is the second of two short closures required as part of the branch retrofit. As a result of these improvements, RFID technology will be put in place and there will be a new service point.

The book drop will be available during the closure. Holds that would normally expire during the closure will be held longer.

Electronic Mail 101

In this presentation, Jeff Dubois, Publicity Chair of the Ottawa PC User's Group, will provide a basic understanding of electronic mail structure and explore several considerations to help you maximize your email experience. Considerations such as email flavour (POP vs. IMAP), accessing email (webmail vs. mail clients) and multiple devices will be among the topics explored.
