Provincial State of Emergency: Impact to OPL Services

OPL services have not been impacted by the provincial announcement on Tuesday, January 12. Curbside returns and holds pickup services will continue at open branches.

Hours of operation will remain the same for most branches. Greely, North Gower, and Richmond branches will shift their hours to close by 8 p.m., and all Bookmobile stops will close by 8 p.m.

Using the digitization station you can preserve your historical photos and documents.

  • scan, preserve and print your historical photos
  • batch scan slides to digital files
  • convert VHS tapes to DVD and 8mm film to digital files
  • photo paper, $2.00 for 8.5 x 11; $1.00 for 4 x 6; USB $6.00; SD card $20, and DVDs $1.00.
  • equipment is bookable for self-directed use.
  • the mouse, keyboard and scanner parts need to be signed out at the Hub.

Image Scanning Workstation

Scan, edit and print your photos, slides and documents using our image scanning workstation. Includes a photo printer and scanner. There is a charge for printing on photo paper.
