Do you want to know more about mindfulness and meditation?  Would you like to give mindfulness and meditation a try?  Join Pamela Thomson, local Certified Beginner Meditation Teacher, for this class to learn and practice simple and effective techniques to quiet your mind, relax your body, balance your moods, reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, increase mental clarity and presence of mind, better health, happiness and vitality, cultivate energy, intuition and creativity. Register to attend and to receive the Zoom link. Kits with supplies instructions will be provided.  Arrangements for pickup of kits will be made by email a week before the class.  This is a repeat of the program held during the summer, giving the opportunity to register to those who missed it the first time
