Keeping Your Memory Fit: Using Visual Thinking to Help Boost Memory.

Did you really see that? The ability to accurately recall details depends largely on how well we actively pay attention to what we see! In this session, Caroline of Memory Fitness will discuss the importance of focusing attention in order to encode correct information into memory using practical interactive exercises. The session will also touch on being mindful in daily life in order to boost memory.  

Caroline has been working with Memory Fitness for three years delivering their programming in the Ottawa area. Both her educational and professional backgrounds are in the field of cognitive rehabilitation.
