Pure Kitchen - Pantry Hacks: More with Less

Sometimes we look in the fridge or cupboard and think “there’s nothing in here!” Or perhaps you’re tired of using the same ingredients day in and day out. In this session, we will discuss which ingredients are powerhouses in your pantry for easy plant-based meal prepping ideas! We will focus on lentils, quinoa along with other grains, seeds & pulses.
