Pure Kitchen: Smoothies - Drink the Rainbow!

If you’re looking for energy stabilizers, or time-saving tricks for your morning routine without skimping on your health and nutrition, consider smoothies!

In this session, we will sample a variety of smoothies with a range of ingredients with different focuses: energy and protein boosting blends, how to incorporate greens and/or nutrients without sacrificing the taste, and how to build a smoothie if “common” ingredients are missing in your fridge or pantry. Part lecture/part demo with samples to share!

*Please note that nut milks will be used in this workshop in case you have allergies.
