About the storyteller:
Janet beams when children join her in song, rhyme, and finger play at the Wakefield Library. Parents and grandparents say her stories are captivating, heart-warming, fun, and entertaining. Children listen wide-eyed, giggle and wonder. A dynamic storyteller, Janet tells in festivals, schools, libraries, community centres, and day camps. Janet co-chaired the Children’s Storytelling Festival for four years. She co-teaches the Children’s Storytelling Workshops. Janet enjoys guiding children as they explore and develop their own unique storytelling voices. Janet is a member of Storytellers of Canada, Ottawa StoryTellers, and Storytelling Toronto.
