Yoga for Seniors Parts 1 and 2

Join yoga instructor Janet McGeein for two classes of introductory Yoga.  We will focus on mindfulness, breathing and slow physical movement to increase strength and flexibility as well as decrease stress.

Register to attend and to receive the Zoom link. A yoga mat and instruction guide will be provided.  Arrangements for pickup of of the mat and guide will be made by email a week before Part 1.
