Ottawa – The Ottawa Public Library’s Imagine Space will reopen on Friday, January 29 after undergoing an expansion and receiving improvements. The popular makerspace, located at the Nepean Centrepointe branch, closed for the upgrades on November 23, 2015.

Ottawa – This morning, Ottawa City Council approved the Ottawa Public Library (OPL) 2016 operating and capital budget. The total budget envelope is $45.362M, with an additional $2.9M for planning related to the Central Library Development project.
