Join Amanda Sterczyk, fitness instructor, online from your home for 30 minutes of standing exercises to help you keep fit at home. These exercises do not require any special equipment, but do have a sturdy chair ready nearby. For some leg exercises, Amanda will encourage you to hold onto the back of the chair for support as needed. Each exercise also includes modifications on how to make it easier or harder, depending on abilities. Some gentler modifications can involve using the chair.
