    Are you looking to catch up on the most popular anime and manga?  Join the Anime & Manga Club: Kaiju No. 8 Edition!  We will watch the first 12 episodes of the anime as well as discuss the manga and eat classic Japanese snacks.

    Kaiju No. 8 Description:

    Kafka Hibino has always dreamed of joining the Japan Defense Force, a military organization tasked with the neutralization of kaiju.  But when he gets another shot at achieving his childhood dream, he undergoes an unexpected transformation.  How can he fight kaiju when he's now become one himself?!

     A friendly Rubik's Cube community meetup hosted by Blackburn Hamlet Branch. In a Non-Competitive setting, join to meet friends, show off your skills and see others perform. Please bring your own cube if possible

    Test your reflexes with Beat Saber or Fruit Ninja, explore oceans or mountains, ride roller coasters, defend your castle or spaceship from attack, see the world with Google Earth, and more! 

    Single-player games, all game text/dialogue in English 

    How it works: come during the session to sign up for a 10-minute time slot (first come first served, no sign-ups ahead of time) 

    Ages: 11 to Adult (headset may be too large to fit smaller/younger players) 

    Safety tip: to prevent falls, wear closed shoes (no flip-flops or high heels)

    Attend the second workshop of our "Ottawa Wildflower Seed Library (OWSL) Presents..." series.
    During this workshop, we will discuss different types of pollinators/wildlife and how they have evolved with native plants to be their pollination and distribution systems. We will also examine factors to be considered when choosing plants for your personal garden, ensuring plant selection for the conditions you have.

    Examples of simple plans/combinations will be provided. 

    Materials will be available for clients to sketch out plans for their yard.
