    Join a CPA professional to have a better understanding of Canada’s tax system and minimize the amount of tax you need to pay. Topics such as tax planning, reducing taxable income, tax credits, record keeping, and understanding basic tax law are covered. ​

    Let's celebrate Robert Munsch's classic children's book "The Paper Bag Princess". We will re-tell the story in your words, play a royal game and create crafts inspired by the story! Don't forget to dress up as Princess Elizabeth, or your favourite prince, princess or dragon!  Ages 4 and up.

    Demo on how to enhance your photos by adjusting light, colour, and composition. Lynda Buske from the Ottawa PC Users' Group and the Orleans Photo Club will be using free photo editing software available for both Windows and MacOS.

    Come watch a family-friendly movie in English at the library and sing to your heart’s content as the lyrics appear on screen. Bring a friend, some snacks, a sleeping bag or comfy chair! Costumes are always welcome! 

    Every second Saturday of the month.

    *Please note : seating is on straight chairs, or on cushions on the floor. Feel free to bring your lawn chair for your comfort.

    Thursday, the 14th- Morning: stay and play@10:30am-11:30am.  Afternoon: plasticine event (see website for info).  

    Friday, the 15th- Self directed Lego and games @2pm-4pm

    The Stittsville Open book club is a drop in that runs monthly from September to June.

     Books are available at the Stittsville branch Hub (central desk).

    Come join award-winning author & illustrator Rob Justus for a goofy character draw-along. Rob will highlight some of his work, but more importantly give a quick tutorial on some of the basics of drawing and creating fun-loving characters. These workshops are for any level of budding artists. Registration Required. Ages 8-12.
