    Are all rabbits the same? What do they need? What is a hare and where does it live? Does it have predators? As they explore these questions through games and investigations, kids can enjoy a face-to-face visit with a rabbit, and pet its soft fur through this program with the Canada Agriculture and Food Museum.

    Family program for ages 4+.

    An open house for persons with dementia, their care partners, and families.

    Fun and stimulating mental activities are planned to enhance the social interactions and the connections that are built within the group. Light snacks and warm drinks are served alongside items that aim to spark conversations and reminiscing.

    First Thursday of each month (starts in May 2023). 1-3pm.

    People have been marveling at the night sky for millennia; it is a source of wonder for people of all ages and cultures. Through a series of fun challenges, participants will learn about the celestial objects and phenomena that can be observed with our own eyes or with the help of a telescope. Ages 13-18.

    Take a step into the unknown...what will you discover? Registration required. Ages 10-12.

    We will be writing a sci-fi story as a group, and then creating a space-themed bookmark to bring home!

    Register to reserve a spot. Drop-ins will be welcome on the day as space allows.

    This program will also be offered in French at the North Gloucester branch on August 20.
