    Join us for a session of Dungeons and Dragons. Beginners and experienced players welcome. Dungeons and Dragons is a fantasy role playing game in which your characters explore the world, solve puzzles and fight monsters.  ​

    Ages 9-12. Please register.​

    The 4th native plant workshop presented by the Ottawa Wildflower Seed Library will discuss:

    Myths about Spring Cleaning, and how to gently prepare your garden for spring planting

    Lifecycle of key pollinators à focus on birds, bees and other pollinators and what they need at this time of year from your garden.

    Now is the time to tackle the invasive species – tips and resources to help.

    Things to watch out for – worms, cultivars, nativars, and more.

    How to transplant winter-sown seedlings into larger pots/ground. Demonstration seedlings, pots and soil will be provided.

    How to participate in upcoming OWSL Free Seed, Seedling & Plant exchanges and other local native plant swaps and sales

    Reminisce with us on a nostalgic trip every fourth Wednesday of the month as we play a film from the classic/Golden era of Hollywood  This month's pick is Easter Parade.

    The film was directed by Charles Walters was released in 1948. The screening will take place in our auditorium, starts at 6:00PM and is free to attend.

    Note: The film is intended for a mature audience. 108 minutes. In English with subtitles.

    Did you know that 2025 marks the 95th anniversary of the publication of the first Nancy Drew novel? We will be joined by local author, Nancy Lauzon, for a discussion on all things Nancy Drew, from the origins of the series to Nancy Drew Sleuth conventions!  Nancy will also bring her varied Nancy Drew collection for perusing. We hope to see you there!​
