    - What is fraud and cyber fraud?

    - How does fraud happen?

    - The most common types of fraud ( social engineering, phishing, smishing, identity theft, malwares, financial abuse, debit and credit card fraud, cheque fraud, job scams, mobile scam, etc.)

    - How to protect yourself against fraud and cyber fraud

    - Resources for reference to report fraud and be aware of recent trends in scams

    Prepare to be spooked! Join us this Halloween for a screening of seasons 1 and 2 of Yamishibai: Japanese Ghost Stories.

    Synopsis: Each week at dusk, a man in a yellow mask arrives at a nearby playground. Gather at his feet to listen and learn from the mysterious storyteller. He recounts tales of horror to his captive audience, each story darker and more sinister than the last. Drawing from traditional paper dramas, the stories weave myths, urban legends, and rumors from Japan’s long history of haunting tales.

    Drop in and enjoy an evening of open-ended creative making with other teens. Come experiment with the art materials we have on hand and try something new. You can also bring a work in progress or your favourite art supplies.

    Our art supplies include acrylic paint, canvases, drawing paper, pencil crayons, markers, pastels, and collage materials.

    This program takes place on the second Wednesday of every month.
