    Every Monday evening we put the spotlight on a director's work, giving us a chance to explore their oeuvre, revisit movies we've played on Tuesdays, and just....watch some good movies. This month's pick is Akira Kurosawa.

    Join us for a free screening of Throne of Blood In as part of our Monday Director Spotlight Series. The film was released in 1957. The screening will take place in our auditorium, starts at 6:00PM and is free to attend.

    Note: The film is intended for a mature audience. 110 minutes. In Japanese with English subtitles.

    Join us for lighthearted love and laughs every third Wednesday of the month as we play a romantic comedy movie  This month's pick is Uptown Girls.

    The film was directed by Boaz Yakin was released in 2003. The screening will take place in our auditorium, starts at 6:00PM and is free to attend.

    Dive into the world of online video streaming! Ottawa Public Library provides access to resources such as Hoopla, Curio.ca, Kanopy, & more. Adults are invited to a presentation and information session with library staff about various online streaming services accessible through OPL. You may bring your mobile device to practice using these resources but are not required to do so. ​

Dans les dédales de cette épreuve rocambolesque, Denys Desjardins pose un regard caméra d’une grande tendresse sur sa mère.
