    The Granny Squares for Warmth (GSFW) group was created in November 2020 as a Barrhaven-based group with a mission to create and donate hand-made blankets and shawls to people in need in the Ottawa area.  ​

    Crocheters and Knitters - please join us to make granny squares for blankets, as well as to join squares, and to crochet or knit blankets and shawls. Everyone is welcome!

    Join us for a free screening of Ingrid Goes West as part of our "I'm Obsessed with..." movie theme for April. The film was directed by Matt Spicer and was released in 2017. The screening will take place in our auditorium, starts at 6:00PM and is free to attend.

    Note: The film is intended for a mature audience. 97 minutes. In English with subtitles.

    We meet the 2nd Tuesday of every month.  Everything from starting seedlings to growing all season.

    Come for coffee, tea, great garden conversations and free resources to start your garden along with the opportunity to share seeds and plants.

    Join us for the ultimate armchair travel around Europe. The European Book Club is offered in partnership with European Union National Institutes for Culture (EUNIC) in Ottawa to promote contemporary European authors and their works.
