Add your name to the list at the front desk and you'll be called in to meet with our volunteer when it's your turn. ​

Our volunteers cannot process returns that deal with self-employment, investments, rental income, bankruptcy, business taxes or foreign income. They may refuse anyone that does not meet the eligibility criteria.

Si vous avez un revenu modeste et une situation fiscale simple, des bénévoles formés pourront vous aider à remplir votre déclaration de revenus et ce, gratuitement. La Bibliothèque publique d'Ottawa collabore avec son partenaire, l'Agence du Revenu du Canada, afin d'offrir ces comptoirs d'impôts gratuits grâce au Programme communautaire des bénévoles en matière d’impôt (PCBMI). Ces dates sont en anglais seulement.
