    When buying a personal computer (PC), you are faced with a lot of choices, laptop or desktop, how many cores in the processor, Intel or AMD processor, size of storage, how big a monitor, is it better to buy a faster processor or more memory… Chris Taylor, President of the Ottawa PC Users' Group will help sort out the choices so you can buy the computer that is right for your needs.

    Presented by Dying With Dignity Canada (Ottawa Chapter), End of Life Options (including MAiD) is a workshop to educate people about the options available to mitigate or end suffering at life's end, including palliative care, treatment options, and Medical Assistance In Dying (MAiD). Workshop includes the current legislation on MAiD, the process for applying in Ontario and explanation of the experience by a loved one.

    Did you know that 2025 marks the 95th anniversary of the publication of the first Nancy Drew novel? We will be joined by local author, Nancy Lauzon, for a discussion on all things Nancy Drew, from the origins of the series to Nancy Drew Sleuth conventions!  Nancy will also bring her varied Nancy Drew collection for perusing.
