    The YOU-nique program is all about empowering what makes you – and the animals around you - unique. Discover each animal's unique adaptation, how it makes them all special and how all the animals also benefit from each other's unique characteristics to overcome and problem-solve together. Family program for ages 4+.

    Le programme YOU-nique, c’est la chance de faire briller ce qui te rend – tout comme les animaux qui t’entourent – unique. Découvre comment s’adapte chacun des animaux, ce qui les rend spéciaux et comment leurs caractéristiques propres leur permettent de s’entraider pour surmonter et régler leurs problèmes.     Join Craig Shackleton, head instructor at Ottawa Swordplay, for a show and tell session all about medieval armour and weapons. Learn about the history of knights and nobles, how they trained to fight and the kinds of weapons and armor they used - and even try some on! Ages 7-12.

    In this highly energetic and interactive dance workshop, participants will explore simple, fun, and easy dance moves that everyone can follow in a safe and inclusive environment. Get ready to get lost in the music and GROOVE your heart out! Family program for ages 4+.
