    Come into the Richmond branch to pick up a mini pumpkin to take home and decorate as your favourite book character.  
     

    Return the decorated pumpkin to the branch by October 26th where they will be displayed for the community to enjoy and a winner will be selected and contacted.

    Celebrate the 25th anniversary of Cumberland Branch! Explore elements of traditional Métis jigging with MASC artist Brad Lafortune. 

    Métis culture is unique and filled with distinct cultural pieces such as its sash and beadwork; the culture is further reflected in its language, dance, and music. Learn about the creation of the Métis, who they were, who they are now, and where they’re heading.

    · an adapted circle time with stories, rhymes and songs

    During this program there will be opportunities for open play and a chance to connect with other families. The circle time portion of this program is offered in the last 20 minutes of the session. A family member must be present for the duration of the program.

    This program provides a welcoming environment and respects the needs of children from 18 months to 6 years who live with developmental disabilities and/or autism, or who show signs of a developmental delay.
