On 3 Oct, at 6:30PM, join us at Rockcliffe Park Branch to explore our night skies with Astronomer Dave Chisholm, President of the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada - Ottawa Centre. Dave will talk about the best ways from Earth to identify the planets and moons in our solar system, meteors and meteorites, the International Space Station and the constellations. He will show us different tools and techniques that astronomers use to track the objects in outer space.
This is a drop-in, adult, English event, and kids are also welcome!

Ready to be thrilled by impressive science experiments? This spectacular show includes foggy dry ice storms and demonstrates how giant beach balls can float in the air.
