    Embark on a space adventure.

    Create constellations 3 different ways!  Sculpt it, lace it and shine it!  Watch super cool videos that shows us just how tiny we are!  Then create your own constellation!

    Ages 6-12

    Space is limited, registration required.  English.

    Who knows where your creation will take you? We will be creating our own Space Lantern, by using glass jars and glow in the dark paint! 
    Registration is recommended. 
    Ages 7-9.

    Qui sait où tes créations te mèneront? Nous allons créer une lanterne Spaciale, en utilisant des pots en verre et de la peinture fluorescente.

    Suite à la lecture d’un conte provenant de la collection de la Bibliothèque publique d’Ottawa, découvrez comment les mots peuvent se transformer en mouvement! Explorez votre imaginaire en bougeant avec les artistes de Tara Luz Danse de façon ludique et créative. Cette activité multisensorielle se terminera avec un coloriage en lien avec l’atelier vécu. Programme familial pour les 4+ ans.

    Parka, Parks Canada’s loveable mascot has gone missing! Let’s go on an adventure to find her. Along the way, we’ll learn some new skills and participate in activities that will get us up and moving! By the time the workshop is done you’ll be an expert in packing your backpack for an outdoor adventure, knowledge of local wildlife, building a campfire, and the constellations you can see in the night sky. Come adventure with us! For families 4+. /

    Parka, la mascotte adorable de Parcs Canada, a disparu ! Partons à l'aventure pour la retrouver. En chemin, nous apprendrons de nouvelles compétences et participerons à des activités qui nous feront bouger ! À la fin de l'atelier, vous serez un expert en préparation de votre sac à dos pour une aventure en plein air, en connaissances sur la faune locale, en construction d'un feu de camp et en identification des constellations visibles dans le ciel nocturne. Venez vivre l'aventure avec nous! Programme familial pour les 4+ ans.

    Are all rabbits the same? What do they need? What is a hare and where does it live? Does it have predators? As they explore these questions through games and investigations, kids can enjoy a face-to-face visit with a rabbit, and pet its soft fur through this program with the Canada Agriculture and Food Museum. Family program for ages 4+.
