    The Girl with the Red Beret celebrates the vagaries of taking public transit. In Zeb’s Spider, Zeb must keep her apartment’s spider’s appetite satisfied. The End of Pinky follows three fallen angels in Montreal’s red-light district. Two Sisters depicts the story Viola, who writes novels in a dark room, and Marie, her only companion. The Flying Sailor is an exhilarating contemplation of the wonder and fragility of existence. The Great Malaise illustrates the intense anxiety that comes with the quest for perfection. The Cannonball Woman about love standing the test of time. Arctic Song tells Inuit stories of how the land, sea and sky came to be.

    Drop in for preschool fun! Play with puppets, crafts, building blocks, and more. **Note : on the first Saturday of the month, Play Day is replaced with Saturday Stuffed Animal Storytime until 10:45am, after which we do take the toys out to play as usual.

Venez jouer avec des marionnettes, des blocs de construction, du bricolage, et plus encore! **Notez bien : le premier samedi de chaque mois, 'On joue' est remplacé par une heure du conte en anglais jusqu'à environ 10:45am, après quoi nous sortons les jouets jusqu'à 11h30 comme à l'habitude.

    Come watch a family-friendly movie in English at the library and sing to your heart’s content as the lyrics appear on screen. Bring a friend, some snacks, a sleeping bag or comfy chair! Costumes are always welcome!

    *Please note : seating is on straight chairs, or on cushions on the floor. Feel free to bring your lawn chair for your comfort.

    Drop-in and plunder the library’ supplies to create your own artwork! We will have acrylic paint, pastels, watercolors, coloured pencils, tons of magazines to use for collage. Ages 13-17. / Passe à la biblio pour créer avec tout notre matériel! Nous avons de la peinture acrylique, des pastels, de la peinture aquarelle, des crayons de couleur, des tas de magazines pour faire du collage. Ouvert aux 13-17 ans.
