    Ramp up for Science at the library. Let's explore chain reaction machines (Rube Goldberg machines) in a group setting. We will use our teamwork skills, critical thinking skills, planning skills and recycled materials. 

    Ages 7 to 13 years old. Registration required. (Please be assured that no animals, of any kind, will be harmed during this program),

    It’s Family Literacy Day! What better way to celebrate family literacy than with a book launch.  Join author Rob Justus as he introduces you to his brand new graphic novel – Death and Sparkles 2: The Sacred Golden Cupcake. Rob will share some of his favorite parts of this book as well as what it takes to write a graphic novel, including a short workshop on how to draw your own characters.  By attending this program you will also have a chance to win a signed copy of this book.  This program is recommended for families with children age 8-12.

    Our focus will be to celebrate the Lunar New Year 2024, Year of the Dragon by knitting a snake (aka: Dragon). We will supply the wool, instructions and a space for you to learn. Register online please.
