Join us for an evening pyjama storytime, followed by a stuffie library sleepover to celebrate Family Literacy Week.

Children are invited to bring their favourite stuffie to pyjama storytime, and to leave them at the library for the night. The stuffies will get into all sorts of fun and participants will receive (emailed) pictures of the stuffies library sleepover. Stuffies need to be picked up during open hours on the following day. 

Rejoignez-nous pour une soirée de contes en pyjama, suivie d'une nuit à la bibliothèque pour toutous pour célébrer la Semaine de l'alphabétisation familiale.

Les enfants sont invités à amener leur peluche préférée à l'heure du conte en pyjama et à la laisser à la bibliothèque pour une soirée pyjama. Les peluches vont bien s'amuser et les participant.e.s recevront des photos de la nuit à la bibliothèque des peluches (par courriel). Les peluches doivent être récupérées le lendemain pendant les heures d'ouverture. 

With professional dancer and arts educator Julianne Lavertu, participants will explore the fundamentals of Afro-Caribbean dance while learning traditional movements and then integrating them into a short choreography. Presented by MASC.

Avec danseuse professionnelle et éducatrice artistique, Julianne Lavertu, les participants explorent les fondements de la danse afro-antillaise. Ils apprennent des mouvements traditionnels, puis les intègrent dans une courte chorégraphie. Présenté par MASC.
