    Local mystery author, Brenda Chapman, will be at the branch to discuss her writing process and her journey to becoming the author of over 25 novels. She will talk about her two adult series: the lauded Stonechild and Rouleau police procedural series and the Hunter and Tate mysteries, both of which are set in Ottawa!

    Come discover the fascinating (and sometimes mysterious) objects in our History Box! The box contains 25 Canadian historical objects from the Canadian Museum of History’s signature exhibition, the Canadian History Hall, that will help you delve into Canada’s past. The objects represent various eras in Canadian history, from Pre-Contact all the way up to present day!

    Venez découvrir les objets fascinants (et parfois mystérieux) de notre Boîte à histoires ! La boîte contient 25 objets historiques canadiens provenant de l’exposition phare du Musée canadien de l’histoire, La Salle de l’Histoire Canadienne, qui vous fera plonger dans le passé du Canada. Ces objets représentent des diverses ères de l'histoire canadienne, à partir de l'époque pré-européenne à nos jours!
